山东精良海纬机械有限公司前身是汶上县农业机械厂，创建于1952年，公司坐落在有着“中国佛都”之称的山东省汶上县。公司是以生产大、小米（杂粮）成套碾米设备及其与之配套的各种单机设备为主的集科、工、贸为一体的股份制中型企业。公司拥有进出口自营权，是山东省出口重点企业，是中国农业机械协会工业协会理事单位。
